How come there is no one teach me this before? :p

The title might be misleading. It’s not a tutorial on how to create a Visual Basic program that can detect an IP address. It just some funny bloopers or some noob CSI editor that would allow such stupid mistake on a tv shows.

How on earth GUI interface in visual basic can track a killer IP address? :p
