Broadband is suppose to be 2Mbps but received 54Kbps instead. That’s why Malaysia fail.

malaysia’s internet needs to improve to be able to cater for the consumers especially the business sector. Wireless broadband models like P1 are heading toward LTE direction to bring the level up.

why malaysia broadband sucks ?

(1) bad customer service
(2) example: apply 512 pakage but dint get that speed [happen to 90% broadband user in malaysia]
(3) service is too slow even pay bill too [when wait 1 number also need to take more than 10 minutes to solve.
(4) now days malaysia broadband tech alwalse ignore their customer when if broadband got problem

actually alot more problem about malaysia broadband service.
